Reeflow uses a base plan plus pay-per-query pricing model. Each plan includes a generous monthly query allowance. You only pay for additional queries when you exceed your limit. All users (internal and embedded) are free with no per-seat fees.
Are there per-seat or per-user fees?
No. All Reeflow plans include unlimited users at no extra cost. This includes both internal team members and embedded end users. Your customers can add unlimited team members without affecting your costs.
What counts as a query?
A query is counted each time data is fetched from a data source through Reeflow. Examples: a chart is displayed or refreshed in the Reeflow Console or embedded in your app, values are retrieved for a select control, or a table loads its data. Caching improves performance but does not affect billing.
Is there a free trial?
